Welcome to IOVEPS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IOVEPS mobile application and services. By accessing or using IOVEPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using IOVEPS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using IOVEPS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use IOVEPS. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use IOVEPS. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You meet the age requirements stated above
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
- You have not been previously banned from IOVEPS
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of IOVEPS, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use another user's account without permission
4. User Content
4.1 Your Content
IOVEPS allows you to post, upload, and share content including photos, videos, and text ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it on IOVEPS, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Use, reproduce, and display your User Content on the platform
- Distribute your User Content to other users
- Modify or adapt your User Content for technical purposes (e.g., formatting for different devices)
- Create derivative works based on your User Content for platform improvements
4.2 Content Standards
You agree that your User Content will not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Contain hate speech, harassment, or bullying
- Include sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Promote violence or dangerous activities
- Contain spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Violate the privacy rights of others
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
4.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
4.4 Reporting Content
If you encounter content that violates these Terms, you can report it through the app. We will review reported content and take appropriate action.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Abuse and Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or posting repetitive content
- Fraud: Engaging in fraudulent activities or scams
- Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Scraping: Using automated tools to collect data from IOVEPS without permission
- Interference: Disrupting or interfering with the operation of IOVEPS
- Circumvention: Attempting to bypass security measures or access restrictions
- Commercial Use: Using IOVEPS for unauthorized commercial purposes without our consent
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 IOVEPS Property
IOVEPS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of IOVEPS
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks or branding without permission
6.2 User Content Rights
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
7. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency
7.1 Coins
IOVEPS may offer virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased with real money. Coins can be used to access certain features within the app, such as posting content.
7.2 Purchases
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
7.3 No Real-World Value
Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users. Coins are forfeited if your account is terminated.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using IOVEPS, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
IOVEPS may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
IOVEPS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The service is free of viruses or harmful components
- Results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IOVEPS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or system failure
- Cost of substitute services
- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
10.3 User Interactions
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between users.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IOVEPS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of IOVEPS
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app settings. Upon termination, your profile and content will be removed from public view.
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Create risk or legal exposure for us
- Harm other users or the IOVEPS community
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use IOVEPS will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@ioveps.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
13.3 Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or IOVEPS shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms in the app
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending you a notification for significant changes
Your continued use of IOVEPS after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using IOVEPS.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IOVEPS regarding your use of the service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
15.5 No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and IOVEPS as a result of these Terms or your use of the service.

17. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you access IOVEPS through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and IOVEPS, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo
18. Acknowledgment
By using IOVEPS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
